I have High Grade Fever, what should I do? - Dr. Brij Mohan Makkar

Whenever you get fever and you are not able to go to a doctor. The best thing is you take a pill or paracetamol or a combination of a paracetamol which are effective in cutting down your fever. One thing I whenever you are having a high fever, you should also do something called as cold compresses or something called as hydro therapy. So you can put a wet sheet on your body so that it cools down your temperature faster. At the same time you also take a pill. But once you are okay, you should consult your doctor for fever because fever is manifestation of multiple reasons. It can be due to various infections or some other process in the body which is casing damage and it is best to show to a doctor why you are getting fever.
